Phase I: Building a Foundation for Growth

During this phase, we work with you to:

Raising funding to implement your growth plan is a major distraction from the daily and monthly operations of your business. The process is typically frustrating, very time consuming and not that interesting! Aurik has relationships with angel and debt funders who are able to provide funding for bankable businesses. On the back of the work done during the first phase of acceleration, Aurik can:

What Does It Cost

Phase I, Build a Foundation for Growth:

As a result of the intensive direct support Aurik provides over a 6-month period, consulting fees are mostly unaffordable. Aurik’s fee is not fixed, but is structured as a turnover royalty over an agreed period of time. The business is required to take out a backoffice support package during this period.

Phase II, Get Funding for the Business:

At the end of the 6-month period, successful platform building should create a more bankable business. We will help you raise funds at this point on a success fee basis.

Phase III: Achieving Growth Goals:

The duration of this phase is subject to negotiation. Aurik’s fee is, once again, generally structured as a turnover royalty. Proposals for an equity stake in businesses in special cases are also considered.
