Catering to the future of retail shopping
As the owner of Niche Logistics, Deon Leminie is something of a visionary. His company caters for upmarket online home deliveries which is the most crucial part of shopping online. This is something he feels is destined to be the ‘next big thing’ in South Africa.
Niche Logistics has built strong relationships with key clients, most notably Woolworths. The company has owner–drivers situated in the major metropolitan areas and takes its commitment to customer service very seriously, delivering over 5 000 orders per month throughout Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth.
However, in order to reach the next level of service, he suggests that Niche Logistics requires further help, most notably in the form of advertising and additional vehicles. The company also needs assistance with developing a logo and a Website, as well as with obtaining uniforms and business cards.
He remains convinced that the future of shopping in SA lies online. Niche Logistics, with its strong focus on customer satisfaction and deeply personal service, is perfectly positioned to be a growing market leader in this space.
