Rental increases – fair or not?
An entrepreneur came to us with a rental problem. He asked: Is a 9% increase on rent reasonable year on year? I’m just comparing my recent quotation from xxxxxxx and wanted to know if that’s a fair price. Not sure where to or how to draw reference on this point?
