		<description>Hi there, it all depends on what premises you are renting and in what area, if its residential, you need to make sure of the market rentals in that specific area, is it an upper class suburb? etc. on residential, 9% is acceptable however, always insist on 7% or 8%, as it’s the normal escalation rate. The same goes for office space and commercial property. Also, always keep in mind, to go through your lease agreement thoroughly before you sign and commit to certain clauses that weren’t agreed on.</description>
