Staff Member Profiles
Sally Blaine joined the Aurik team with a diverse set of skills and expertise in Organisational Development and Human Resources in both the Public and Private Sector.
Sally has held various consulting positions over the years providing Strategic Management, Organisational Development and Human Resources expertise and has worked with the following organisations and Government departments: Discovery Health, Pfizer, Department of Public Works, Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, the Independent Development Trust and the Mineworkers Development Agency. Her work includes assisting a SMEs in managing HR policy, conflict resolution and strategy.
She currently serves as both HR and organisational design manager in the Aurik management team and in particular actively manages all HR/IR elements in turnaround acceleration undertaken by Aurik.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Natal and a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom.
