Staff Member Profiles
Sophie co-ordinates Aurik Incubation activities as a senior facilitator. As an internationally qualified executive and life consciousness coach, her expert focus is on people and skills development and maximizing human potential.
Originally from Belgium, Sophie began her career in the London banking industry where she worked at RBS, Chase Manhattan and Charles Schwab over a 6 year period. She then moved to Sony, Belgium, to manage laptop manufacture in Japan for European markets. In 1995 she took up a post at Peugeot South Africa, managing national events, promotions and incentives. This experience led to her first entrepreneurial venture in her own event and promotion management business, managing a wide range of clients including Volvo’s new marquee launches.
Sophie graduated from the Le Rosey Institute with a French Baccalaureate and qualified as an accredited life and executive coach through the Creative Consciousness International Coaching academy. She is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Hebrew.
