VASoft
VASoft: a one-stop-shop for all communication requirements
Denise Gavin says that her company, VASoft, may not play in the most entertaining market space, but the business is most certainly effective. Specialising in contact centres, IVR technologies, automated dialling, voice recording and business process and campaign management, VASoft talks the talk and walks the walk!
She is quick to point out that communication is about a lot more than just talking. Thus the company strives to offer clients uniquely configurable, flexible, scalable, modular and extendable, integrated telephony solutions. These enable communication to happen in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Despite being small, VASoft is at the forefront of the latest technologies, recently launching a Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) contact manager, enabling clients to effectively manage all forms of communication efficiently, for under R500 a month.
The SaaS environment allows VASoft to deliver services anywhere, making it the key to the company’s expansion. She is therefore seeking assistance in finding good resellers, locally and internationally, for the product.
VASoft is calling for 10 businesses that need call centre capability every now and then to pilot the company’s SME service.  In addition, a bold call centre business prepared to run a contract for call centre agents who would operate from home and become call centre entrepreneurs, would really demonstrate the power of the product.
